Walking the runways since early childhood, Ostrosky is an established model; however, she did not become a household name until she began dating “The King of All Media” Howard Stern.

They love it so much, Ostrosky says, that Stern may even retire there after he’s off satellite radio in a few years.

It’s easy to see why Howard Stern, a man who habitually flirts with the world’s finest women, settled on this babe as his companion.

Magazine, Ostrosky’s ring recently made a list of biggest celebrity engagement rings, coming in at #2, behind Rebecca Romijn’s 6-carat sparkler, given to her by actor Jerry O’Connell.

Still, Ostrosky, who turns 36 on Tuesday, tells Hamptons magazine, “Howard and I were on the lawn the other day, hanging out, saying that we absolutely cannot wait to get married.

Howard presented Beth with a beautiful 5.2-carat emerald cut diamond ring designed for Ostrosky.

“We are not married,” Ostrosky told PEOPLE Thursday night at The Bridge, a golf club in Bridgehampton, New York, where Sotheby’s unveiled works by artist Damien Hirst for an upcoming auction.

Whereas recently the bride-to-be – whose engagement to the Sirius Radio star turned 1 year old on Valentine’s Day last month – told PEOPLE that the ceremony would occur in New York’s Hamptons, that rural setting may now be swapped for an urban one.

Since their relationship went public, men have come to love Ostrosky for her swimsuit calendars, magazine covers and brief appearances in films like Flirting with Disaster.

“It was a beautiful, beautiful event,” said the model, who has been engaged to the shock jock since last Valentine’s Day.
